Troy's 4th of July Parade Troy's 4th of July Parade July 6, 2021 The Troy Chamber of Commerce offered up another spectacular 4th of July celebration with its signature parade, day-long activities, music and vendors in Roosevelt Park, and the evening fireworks. Cancelling the 2020 festivities due to the pandemic was a hard decision but 2021 was celebrated with enthusiasm and appreciation. And then there was the weather. In the middle of this unprecedented heat wave, the National Weather Service recorded an official high temperature of 98 degrees in Troy on the fourth...slightly better than the 107 degrees recorded on July 1.
