All things Irish Peggy makes an ornament Irish Fair March 13, 2017 Libby held its annual Irish Fair Saturday, March 11, at the Memorial Center. An arts and crafts show was held all day and musical entertainment was provided throughout the afternoon. Scheduled to perform were Rod, Anna and Tim; Naughty Pines; Scott and Patty, Dave Blackburn and Friends; and Pom and Kathy Collins. Butte pasties were also offered for an authentic Irish treat. Also offered was an ornament-making booth for the 2017 Capitol Christmas tree to be cut from the Kootenai National Forest.
