Marty Vernon Marty Vernon from Millarville, Alberta, riding Mouse Patrol Friday evening. Kootenai River Rodeo July 31, 2012 The ninth annual PRCA Kootenai River Rodeo was held over the weekend at J. Neils Park, providing rodeo entertainment both Friday and Saturday nights. A full program with over 130 contestants included bareback riding, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, saddle bronc riding, team roping, barrel racing and bull riding both nights.
