Outlaw Inn purchased by Developer Scott
Bryan Scott attempted to buy the historic Libby High School
June 11, 2007
The developer hoping to renovate the Historic Libby High School into office suites and small retail space has purchased the West Coast Outlaw Inn in Kalispell.
Developer Bryan Scott has been waiting for a resolution of a court action brought against the Libby Schools by Gary Huntsberger to prevent the schools from selling the downtown Libby landmark.
That challenge of the school's authority to sell the property was heard by 19th District Judge Micheal Prezeau Friday (6-8), who said he will have a ruling shortly.
Scott financed Eastside Brick, the renovation of Kalispell's old Courthouse East into a complex of commercial and residential suites.
