MountainJam in Libby August 4

Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 4th, for the MountainJam concert! The show will headline Kelly Joe Phelps (from Portland, Oregon). Other performers include Broken Valley Road Show (from Montana) and Alan Lane w/Frank Chiaverini (Troy, Montana). Music will be a blend of blues, bluegrass, folk and jazz. The performance will be at J. Neils Memorial Park near Libby.
Tickets cost $20/person, available to order online from the MountainJam website, www.mtnjam.net (should be online after Saturday, May 19). Available in Libby at Cabinet Books, Cabinet Mountain Furniture, and Rocky Mountain Music. Tickets available in Missoula at Rockin' Rudy's.
The event is being organized by a non profit group, with all proceeds going towards creating and funding a similar event next year, if this one is well received.
Gates will open at 3:00 PM on Saturday, music starts at 4:00 PM. Broken Valley Road Show at 4:00 PM, Alan Lane at 5:30 PM, Joe Phelps starts at 7:00 PM.
Food and drink will be available. The Beer Garden will be open (no beer outside of Beer Garden). Music go-ers can bring their own food and drink (No alcohol, no glass bottles permitted). Kids welcome, but no dogs/pets will be allowed anywhere in the park. Lastly, be aware that this might be a summer where we may get wildfires. If this happens, the Forest Service may put fire and smoking restrictions in place by August.
